WORKSHOPS

  • Using Reproduction Fabrics, A New Approach:. We focus on fabrics 1800-1950 and reproduction quilts.  

  • Creating Antique Inspired Quilts – learn to design authentic style to fabric & sew antique with new fabrics, blocks, tops; quilt care & simple restoration tech. No sew. Students bring their “projects” of old blocks and fabrics; items are dated & quilt ideas discussed as a group. Kim’s examples inspire!

 

  • Dating Your Quilts & Caring For Them -- I'll date your antique vintage quilts, block and tops, and discuss quilt care. 1800-1950. Quilt care. Pick my brain on various topics that leave you wondering.  No sew.

  • How to Date 1900s Quilts, beginners to intermediate. No sew. Kit
